Business Centre Manager - Cheadle

We are currently recruiting for a full-time business centre manager for our business centre in Cheadle. This post holder will have responsibility for:

  • the day to day running of the site
  • proactive marketing to maximise sales
  • ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
  • completing all renewals and arrears within allocated timescales
  • ensuring key performance objectives are being met.

Business Centre Manager - Brixton

We are looking for a full-time business centre manager to oversee our business centre in Basingstoke. 
 
This post holder will have responsibility for:
  • ·         Maximising sales and income
  • ·         Proactive marketing
  • ·         Creating and maintaining a vibrant workplace environment for our customers
  • ·         Achieving agreed key performance objectives
  • ·         Managing the site’s profit & loss account
  • ·         Effective management of administration staff

Receptionist/administrator - Wimbledon

Salary:
£18,000 Per Annum

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking receptionist/administration assistant to work alongside our business centre manager at Lombard Business Park, Wimbledon

Your main goal will be to provide an efficient service to our customers, as well as visitors, in a confident and friendly manner. 

The successful candidate will: 

  • have experience within a similar reception/administration role 
  • act as the front of house greeting clients 
  • be responsible for running the centre on a day to day basis, delivering high standards of customer service and achieving budgeted targets 
  • ensure the centre complies with health & safety regulations 
  • need to be proactive and be able to work in a busy environment 
  • be professional in appearance and behaviour

We are looking for someone who is able to work at the centre Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
