Maintenance operative - Rochdale, Greater Manchester

We're looking for someone who can carry out general maintenance and be responsible for the up-keep of our site in Rochdale. 

  • Professional appearance and personality
  • Flexible approach
  • PC Literate
  • Basic painting and decorating skills
  • Basic plumbing skills (desirable)
  • Understating of electrical works (desirable)
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative

The salary is dependent on experience and you will also need a full, clean driving license.
