Monday has been named as the most miserable day of the week.
New research from Flomax Relief, which polled 2,000 workers, found that a third hate the first day of the week more than any other and more than half spend the day complaining.
The study also found that the average person spends 34 minutes moaning on Monday morning, 12 minutes more than on any other day of the week.
Dreading the working week ranked in at number one on the list of the top ten Monday moans followed by feeling tired and already missing the weekend.
A Flomax spokesman said: “While there appears to be a range of reasons that can affect our mood, especially on a Monday, it would seem that health-related problems are one of the biggest triggers.”
Other issues people moan about are aches and pains, having a bad hair day and feeling fat.
