Fifth of Brits ‘love’ their current job

A recent report shows that a fifth of UK workers “love” their job.
A further quarter said they were “happy” in their role, while 31% said they were “unhappy” in their current position.
Of those that are unhappy in their role 34% cited boredom, just under a third said their job wasn’t “challenging enough” and 12% said their job was “too difficult”.
The research conducted by Reabur, an online HR consultancy, found that seven per cent claimed they “hated” their current role and just a tenth had landed their “dream job”.
Georgina Read, co-managing director of Reabur.com, said: “It is concerning to see that so many of the respondents are unhappy in their job and even worse that some hate their current work as this is likely to impact on how well they perform in their role.”
