The Knoll Business Centre in Hove is a converted school building built in the 1930's. The centre is divided into 34 individual business units ranging from 100 sq ft to 1,950 sq ft (9.29 sq m to 181 sq m). The Business Centre is arranged around two large car parks providing ample parking for employees and visitors of companies that rent space in the Business Centre.

The commercial space for rent is ideal for small businesses looking to rent space for use as offices, studio space, workshop premises or storage facilities. The on-site meeting room also provides additional space if required. The room can be hired by the hour, half day or full day to internal and external clients.

Bizspace's licence agreements are perfect for small businesses as they give the flexibility that small companies require: leases may be transferred to other Bizspace business units if the company requires more workspace, and because the agreements can last from a single day to many years, companies can choose the level of commitment for their business premises to suit their company's requirements.
