Spotland Bridge is located on the edge of a small but well known commercial area of Rochdale. The business premises are just one mile from the A627 (M) motorway and one mile from J21 of the M62 due to the road developments at Milnrow. Spotland Bridge Industrial Estate is easily accessible by minor A roads, which are also served by regular buses, from the areas surrounding Rochdale including Bacup, Heywood, Hebden Bridge, Littleborough, Todmorden and Middleton. Rochdale train station provides direct trains to Manchester and G.M.P.T.E. (Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive) central bus station all provide transport links to the site.
