Bizspace brings flexible managed workspace to Sandy
Two business centres have been acquired in Sandy by Bizspace, the UK’s largest provider of flexible managed workspace, to provide small businesses and SMEs across the region with the widest possible range of workspace options from workshop and light industrial space to office storage premises and virtual offices or mailboxes
The two new business centres on the Middlefield Industrial Estate have been acquired by Bizspace’s parent company, Highcross, and together will provide almost 100,000 sq ft of flexible workspace suitable for a wide range of applications and businesses. Together with Bizspace’s existing centres in Letchworth and London Colney they will help small businesses to set up across the Home Counties.
“We’ve only been in Sandy for a couple of weeks and already have a wide range of light engineering and light industrial businesses rushing to move in,” comments Gillian Ellis, centre manager. “These businesses appreciate the fact that they can have instant access with the minimum of hassle and with a wide range of workspace sizes, facilities and, of course, plenty of car parking, they can enjoy the benefits of managed workspace without having to go into the town centre.
