Bizspace offers significant value in 5 major deals
Bizspace has proven the managed workspace market is still tremendously buoyant by signing five major workspace deals in the North West, North East and Midlands – in just one week – despite a credit crunch and a downturn in the economic climate.
The deals, totalling more than 60,000 sq ft of managed workspace, were all signed by Bizspace customers during the last week of June. The deals comprised of more than 22,000 sq ft of industrial space at Bizspace Liverpool; 3,000 sq ft - encompassing an entire floor of serviced office space at Stockport, Cheadle; 2,500sq ft of industrial space at Morpeth, Northumberland; 3,600 sq ft of flexible workspace at Bordesley Green, Birmingham and 30,000 sq ft of storage and warehousing space at Immingham, Lincolnshire.
