Bizspace opens its eighth centre in Scotland in eight months
Continuing demand from business start-ups and the SME sector has seen Bizspace acquire eight flexible office and managed workspace centres in Scotland during the past eight months.
The newest Bizspace centre, at Earls Gate Park in Grangemouth, opened for business in July and provides a range of office, studio and light industrial units aimed at making it easy for businesses to relocate to the area.
“We acquired our first business centre in Grangemouth at the end of 2007 and it’s already proven so successful in attracting businesses and jobs to this port community that we have opened a second centre,“ comments Shirley Henderson, Bizspace’s regional manager. “There’s a shortage of good quality mid-size workspace in the region, so the new Bizspace centre will provide flexible workspace ranging from 108 sq ft right up to 2,800 sq ft units.
“The Earls Gate Park centre is in a fabulous art deco building located in its own grounds. All ground floor units will be self-contained with their own private access and most will have private toilet facilities. In addition, all customers will have access to ample parking and an on-site gymnasium.
“The two Grangemouth centres will complement the two Bizspace centres in Livingston, as well as centres in Bellshill, Coatbridge, East Lothian and Glasgow, and they form part of our on-going expansion plans for Scotland.”
Bizspace already owns 110 business centres across England and Scotland and its quality of customer care has seen the company be awarded the coveted Managed Workspace of the Year award from the Business Centre Association for the past two years in succession.
