Bizspace select RJmetis as its Software Provider

Following strong growth of its own Bizspace now has 110 UK locations and, since summer 2008, has employed RJmetis’ CentreCharge software to manage its customer information, enhance the services delivered and facilitate invoicing.
Given the complexity involved in managing 110 locations Gregg Sheen, Bizspace Marketing Director, knew that a robust system was required to coordinate business processes from routine rent and services to planning sales, fielding enquiries and communicating with the brokers used to support the letting process. As the company continued to grow he was aware that the ad hoc combinations of spreadsheets and manual systems used by so many business centres, was increasingly time consuming and inefficient.
Gregg invited several suppliers of business centre software, including RJmetis to show what their systems could deliver. Bizspace set up a trial account with the web based CentreCharge which allowed a real time assessment of how CentreCharge could support this growing business. Similar investigations using CDs and online demonstrations provided by other suppliers gave a good basis for comparison. After exhaustive tests the decision was made to proceed with CentreCharge as it was easier to use and saved time with its neat integration with the web brokers.
