Training firm launches new resource following upturn in demand
from the construction industry
The construction industry is alive and well in the South East and preparing to bounce back stronger than ever, claims Lewes-based Synergy Training which specialises in management training courses for commercial construction companies.
“We’ve been providing face-to-face management training courses for more than 15 years,” comments Stuart Paviour, business partner,” And last year we relocated to the Bizspace centre on Malling Street in Lewes to facilitate part one of our business expansion programme. However, we’ve just had to expand our business again and take on extra staff to cope with increased demand from construction industry clients.
“In response to this increase in demand for management training we’ve decided to launch a special self-help website where free training resources can be downloaded and authors of training programmes can post features about their resources. This new free resource can be accessed at: www.synergizetrainingresources.com. The Bizspace centre in Lewes has proven the perfect catalyst for our continued expansion and the front-of-house and reception facilities have helped us create the right impression to clients.”
Bizspace centre manager, Dawne Woolgar, adds, “With 110 business centres across the UK, we are finding that the current financial climate is fuelling increased demand for flexible workspace. Businesses of all sizes are now finding it harder to make any long term plans and the flexibility we provide removes the headache of long term financial commitments, whilst allowing businesses greater freedom to upsize, downsize or even relocate to meet the demands of their market.”
