    Who are serviced offices for?

    Start-ups

Ideal for businesses just getting off the ground as you can keep overheads down, reduce the cost of upfront commitments, and the time it takes to set them up. Serviced offices allow start-ups to access and budget for modern workspaces with the very latest furniture, facilities, and amenities.

    Growing businesses

As your business grows, so too do your operational requirements. Serviced offices are paid for on a per-desk basis, meaning you can easily increase the number of workstations you need at short notice. This is also ideal for large businesses looking to set up regional satellite teams at short notice.

    For a temporary location

For businesses looking to enter a new market or territory, or for those with an upcoming short-term project in a new location without the need to make permanent roots, serviced offices are an excellent option for firms in need of access to high-quality offices for a short period.

    Frequently asked questions

Both managed and serviced offices offer flexible rental options and are managed by operators. The most significant difference between these two types of rentals is that with serviced offices, the provider completely fits out the interior. Whereas with a managed office, the customer chooses details such as the floorplan and how many desks and meeting rooms there are (they are also free to fit the office out themselves, provided it is returned in the condition it was let in).

A managed office space is a type of office space managed by the building provider. Companies can rent managed office space, safe in the knowledge that the building provider looks after the running of the building – for example, reception, administration and operational support – and the provision of facilities and amenities.

The cost to rent serviced office space can vary. It depends on the location and the size of the serviced office. Many of our business centres are outside city centres, meaning the rent cost is more affordable.

Serviced offices typically offer a range of features as part of an all-inclusive package, including:

Utilities such as heating, air-conditioning, and water
State-of-the-art IT and telecoms with free high-speed Wi-Fi
    Modern office furnishings
Multiple meeting rooms of different sizes
    Breakout areas and kitchens
    24-hour access to the building
    Free and ample parking provision
A dedicated on-site team with a manned reception and security
Cleaning, maintenance, and all-round property management

A serviced office is a fully furnished office space ready for use with facilities provided and an operator to manage the property. This type of office is available for flexible, short-term rental on a rolling renewal basis. Unlike conventional five-year leaseholds, serviced offices charge all-inclusive monthly bills covering everything from the space to Wi-Fi, reception staff, and cleaning.
