We want your meeting to be easy to attend, so our meeting rooms to rent are located in areas that are easily accessible by public transport and have parking available either on-site or nearby. If you have accessibility issues, just let us know, and we will ensure your needs are met.
Many of our meeting rooms for hire come equipped with essentials such as whiteboards, projectors, stationery and free WiFi for guests. If you’re unsure, contact our Centre Manager, who’ll happily assist you.
Absolutely we do. Complimentary refreshments come as standard, but if you require additional catering requirements, get in touch. Many of our locations offer catering or come equipped with on-site cafes to help you power through your meeting. You can start your day with a hearty breakfast, a cup of coffee, indulge in snacks and help yourself with lunchtime sandwiches.
Our friendly team will do whatever they can to accommodate any other requirements you might have for your meeting or event, such as additional rooms, catering, IT equipment or special access.
At BizSpace we include a range of necessary equipment as part of your rental price. Whilst this can vary between business centres and is subject to availability, we usually have free WiFi, on-site parking, complimentary refreshments, interactive TV or projector, whiteboards and stationary, IT support, and access to breakout spaces.
