We are proud to manage the best converted mill in Bolton, offering a range of workspaces, from small storage units to high quality offices, workshops and industrial units. 

Halliwell Business Park consists of two detached mill-style buildings set within 2.5 acres of land. We offer customers free on-site parking, 24 hour access, CCTV for security, a large loading bay and both a goods and passenger lift. A range of amenities are available on the main road, just a stone’s throw from the business park.

All of our units are self-contained, which means they have their own facilities and range from 120 – 25,000 square feet, in various configurations. We are therefore able to cater for small start-up businesses through to larger, more established companies - all using our flexible one-page licence agreement. 
 

Unit 52

Newly vacant, unit 52 is our largest unit at almost 84,000 square feet. As such, it would be the perfect space for a manufacturing company, call centre, artist studio/gallery or for a Bolton business needing a large, secure storage space. Alternatively, as it is split over several floors, it can be let as one unit or split into smaller workspaces.  It is a well presented, economical space for you to tailor to your business needs.
The unit contains a mixture of self-contained offices and open plan spaces, with a kitchen and toilets on each floor, as well as a specific canteen area.
