BSS House is two miles northwest of Swindon town centre, Cheney Manor Industrial Estate. Being located on the town’s outskirts provides excellent benefits, including access, cost, facilities, and amenities. Close by, you’ll find many other businesses, shops, supermarkets, schools, gyms, restaurants, and hotels. And for a more comprehensive selection, the town centre is roughly a five-minute drive away, ideal for entertaining guests or clients.

Coming to visit us? We’re easy to find:

By car: We’re close to the M4 – approximately 3 miles south – and the A419 – about 4 miles north. Getting to us from the M4 takes roughly five to ten minutes – exit at junction 16, onto the Great Western Way A3102 and then onto B4006 towards Cheney Manor Industrial Estate. From the A419, it takes roughly ten minutes – exit onto the A4311 towards Swindon and then take the B4006 towards the industrial estate.  

By rail: We’re on the right side of Swindon for access to and from the train station. It’s just over a mile away, taking under five minutes to reach by car, just over five minutes cycling, and around 20 minutes to walk. Trains to and from are frequent – four or five every hour – and take less than an hour. Likewise, there are four trains to Bristol every hour – taking just over half an hour.  

By bus: BSS House bus stop is located directly outside our business centre. It is served by the number 4 bus, which takes you to Swindon Bus station, close to the train station, in less than ten minutes. The number 5 bus takes you to Scarborough Road on the B4006, taking under ten minutes. From here, it’s about a three-minute walk to BBS House. 

By air: The closest international airport is Bristol, roughly 45 miles away. You can reach BizSpace Swindon from Bristol airport in around one and a quarter hours by car. Trains to and from Bristol are frequent, taking just over half an hour. To get to and from Bristol Temple Meads train station, take the Airport flyer bus; it’s cheap and frequent and only takes half an hour.  

Thanks to our vast network of office spaces, you can move freely within our network to another office of your choice. We boast a thriving working community in the Southwest, with additional sites in the southwest region. Many of our offices are interlinked, so if you need to upsize or down-scale, you can do so easily. Rental agreements are from short-term 12-month licences up to multi-year leases.

Our workshops and light industrial spaces come with shop-style frontages, making them ideal for hair and nail salons, tattoo parlours, and tailors. Our industrial units come with space for deliveries and drop-offs. Plus, you get the benefits of the services provided by our on-site team. Our workshops and industrial units range from 54 square feet to 2,700 square feet and are all individually metered.

Meeting rooms in Swindon

We have two meetings to hire in Swindon. Both meeting rooms have complimentary Wi-Fi, interactive TV and unlimited tea, coffee, and water refreshments. Our meeting rooms are suitable for up to three or six people and can be booked by the hour, half day or full day. All businesses can book our meeting rooms, whether you’re looking for a one-off meeting or something more frequent. Our reception area features a break-out space for informal chats or networking.
