1. Overview

This promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided by BizSpace Ltd and applies to new and existing customer expansion sales. By participating in this Offer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Offer Details

  • Eligible customers may receive up to three (2) months’ rent/licence fee free when signing a 12-month agreement.
  • All agreements under this Offer must commence on or before 31 March 2026.
  • Any free rental/licence period must end no later than 31 March 2026.

3. Eligibility

  • Applies to new customers and existing customers expanding their space.
  • The Offer excludes:
    Storage units, Container storage, Mailboxes and virtual offices
  • The Offer does not apply to currently quoted or committed opportunities.

4. Additional Charges

Ancillary charges remain payable throughout the agreement, including but not limited to:

  • Service charges
  • Utilities
  • Parking
  • Broadband and other related services

5. Conditions

  • All offers and promotions are subject to contract.
  • BizSpace Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time without prior notice.
  • This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

6. General

  • BizSpace Ltd’s decision on all matters relating to this Offer is final.
  • Standard BizSpace terms and conditions of business apply.
  • Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes or reporting obligations arising from the Offer.
