Administrator - Nelson

Vacancy alert, we're hiring

We're looking for an administrator to take responsibility for all the administration and reception aspects of our busy business centre in Nelson, Lancashire, dealing with a variety of professional customers and visitors to the centre.

Job Description

  • General office administration
  • Using company software to raise invoices, purchase orders etc. (Training will be provided)
  • Liaising with customers on a day-to-day basis either face to face or on the telephone
  • Covering for other administrators when necessary, if they are on holiday or sick
  • Effectively responding to sales enquiries/ general enquiries via telephone, email and face to face
  • Conducting marketing research. E.g. pricing of competitors
  • General admin support, including letter writing, creating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Inputting and updating data onto systems
  • Reception duties, including managing meeting and conference rooms and corporate diary management
  • Management of the site infrastructure including telecoms (Full training will be provided)
  • Assisting the site manager with implementing health and safety policies and procedures

We're looking for someone who

  • Is PC literate
  • Is competent using Microsoft Office
  • Has a good telephone manner
  • Pays attention to detail and can use their initiative
