Business Centre Manager
We are looking for a full-time business centre manager to oversee two of our sites in Manchester – Astra Business Park and the Empress Business centre. The post holder will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day running of the sites
- Maximising sales and income
- Proactive marketing
- Creating and maintaining a vibrant workplace environment for our customers
- Ensuring agreed key performance objectives are being met
- Completing all renewals and arrears within allocated timescales
- Managing the site’s profit & loss account
- Managing administrative staff
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
We are looking for someone with a strong sales background and customer service experience.
