Centre Manager St Helens

We are looking for a full-time business centre manager to oversee our sites in St Helens, Warrington and Haydock.

Job description

The post holder will be responsible for:

The day-to-day running of the sites
Maximising sales and income
Proactive marketing
Creating and maintaining a vibrant workplace environment for our customers
Ensuring agreed key performance objectives are being met
Completing all renewals and arrears within allocated timescales
Managing the site’s profit & loss account
Managing administrative staff
Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
