If you are a city-based business looking for space in Manchester, Bolton or Preston there is plenty of choices available to you.  Many of our business centres offer spacious car parks, to make commuting a breeze.

We also have a large number of out of town centres, throughout Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside.  You’ll notice that a large number of our business centres are in historic converted buildings, such as former mills or factories, and we like to do our bit to ensure our sites are suitable for modern businesses, while still retaining their original features and charm.

Investing in success

We are currently investing in refurbishments across our North West sites.  Work underway at the moment includes new interior design schemes, new roofs, the creation of new offices, and resurfacing of car parks.

Our business centres form an important part of the area where they are located, and we make sure we take an active role in a wide range of community projects and activities.  These include a huge range of charity events, and sponsorship of the Lancashire Business View Red Rose Awards, which we have participated in for the past six years.
