New Office Space at Saddleworth Business Centre Oldham

There’s great news for start-ups and small businesses in the Saddleworth area, as we’ve just begun work to create 16 new offices in the town. This means we can help even more companies launch, grow and develop.

We have invested more than £400,000 in a refurbishment of our Saddleworth Business Centre in Oldham.

Work has already completed on the replacement of the entire roof of the centre, which comprises almost 60 offices and industrial units and is home to a diverse range of companies.  And now refurbishment is set to begin on the upper floor of one of the centre’s buildings.  When complete, an additional 16 offices, totalling 5,000 sq ft, will be available for rent.

Roof repairs

“We’d had problems with the roof of that building which meant the top floor space was not usable,” Business Centre Manager, Kevin Cavanaugh, explains.

Location, location, location

Saddleworth Business Centre is set in an attractive, rural location close to the river, and offers an on-site café and specialist coffee shop, as well as a large car park.  A meeting room is also available for hire by the day or hour.
