We've been hard at work at our Saddleworth Business Centre in Oldham, restoring, renovating, revamping, remodelling, re-doing, reconditioning, redeveloping, renewing and refreshing a number of offices on our second floor. Those are all the words we could think of, but whatever you want to call it, we've been hard at work, doing it.
We think our hard work has paid off and we’d love it if you could come to check it out. The drinks are on us on Thursday 20th July, 11.30am – 2.30pm so why not come down and have a nosey round?
The three-month renovation project at our Saddleworth Business Centre involved replacing the entire roof, allowing us to renovate previously unusable space. This allowed us to create a block of 16 new offices for rent at the centre, which is already home to 60 offices and industrial units.
Business Centre Manager, Kevin Cavanaugh, says.
We’ve worked hard to make the new offices bright and attractive, as well as being designed with the needs of local businesses in mind.
“We anticipate that they will be snapped up quickly, and we were already giving viewings as the paint on the walls was barely dry!”
The refurbished offices range from 190 – 505 sq ft, so could be home for a variety of businesses, whether you have two staff or ten. Why not come and take a sneak peek on Thursday and see who your new neighbours could be?
Saddleworth Business Centre is set in an attractive, rural location close to the river, and offers an on-site café and specialist coffee shop and a large car park. A meeting room is also available for hire by the day or hour.
