BizSpace 2025 Summer Referral Scheme – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the BizSpace Summer Referral Scheme (“Referral Scheme”).
1.2 The Referral Scheme begins on 1st July 2025.
1.3 BizSpace Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Referral Scheme or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
1.4 The Referral Scheme is open to all individuals aged 18 or over, excluding employees of BizSpace Limited and their immediate family members.

2. Referral Reward
2.1 A reward equivalent to 5% of the referred customer’s contract value for their initial 12 months in occupation (the “Reward”) will be payable to the referrer, subject to these Terms.
2.2 The maximum Reward payable under this scheme shall not exceed £10,000.
2.3 The Reward will only be paid once the referred customer has completed six (6) months of their initial contract with BizSpace Limited.
2.4 The method of Reward payment is as follows:
    2.4.1 For Rewards with a value up to and including £1,000, payment will be made in the form of Amazon vouchers.
    2.4.2 For Rewards exceeding £1,000, BizSpace Limited will require the appropriate tax information from the referrer—including, where applicable, National Insurance number, Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR), or VAT registration details—in order to facilitate payment via self-billing.
    2.4.3 Failure to provide the necessary tax details for Rewards over £1,000 may result in delays or cancellation of payment.
2.5 All Rewards will be rounded up to the nearest £10.

3. Referral Eligibility
3.1 To qualify, the referred customer must enter into a new agreement for a minimum fixed term of 12 months with BizSpace Limited.
3.2 The referred customer must not have been a client or made any enquiries (including under a different trading entity or name) with BizSpace Limited within the 12 months preceding the start date of their new contract.
3.3 A valid BizSpace referral form must be submitted and accepted by BizSpace Limited prior to the referred customer viewing any BizSpace premises.
3.4 Referrals submitted after the referred customer has engaged with BizSpace in any capacity will not be eligible.
3.5 Only one Reward will be granted per referral. In the event that multiple individuals refer the same contact or company, the first referral received by BizSpace Limited will be considered valid.

4. Promotion Conditions
4.1 This Referral Scheme is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or offers made by BizSpace Limited.
4.2 All referrals and resulting contracts are subject to space availability and standard BizSpace Limited contract terms and conditions.
4.3 All outstanding amounts must be settled by the referred customer before the Reward is paid.
4.4 BizSpace Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referrer and the referred customer at any time.
4.5 In the unlikely event of any dispute regarding the Referral Scheme, BizSpace Limited’s decision will be final and binding.
4.6 Individuals are responsible for declaring any Rewards received to the appropriate tax authorities and for settling any tax liabilities that may arise.

5. Data Protection (GDPR)
5.1 By submitting a referral form and/or providing tax information for the purposes of Reward payment, the referrer consents to BizSpace Limited processing and retaining their personal data.
5.2 The personal data collected will include, but is not limited to, name, contact information, and where applicable, National Insurance number, Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR), or VAT registration details.
5.3 BizSpace Limited will only use this data to administer and fulfil the Reward, verify eligibility, and comply with applicable financial and tax regulations.
5.4 All personal data will be stored securely and retained for a period of 12 months from the date of submission, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised unless a longer retention period is required by law.
5.5 Referrers have the right to request access to or deletion of their personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. For more information, please refer to BizSpace Limited’s Privacy Policy.
