Business Background
In the UK, Bizspace is one of the UK’s leading providers of flexible business space with more than 70 properties and 3,500 customers. For over 20 years we have been offering office, studio and workshop units to a wide range of businesses in convenient regional locations across the country. We are owned by Sirius Real Estate, a commercial property operator, who is supporting us on a journey to significant growth.
In Germany, the Group owns 70 wholly owned business parks, comprising 1.8 million sqm space. In addition, the Group manages one, and hold 35% interest in seven additional properties through its Titanium joint venture with AXA IM Alts. The value of the owned property in Germany held by the Group as of 31 March 2023 was 1.7 billion euros.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- You are the first point of contact for candidates and actively shape their candidate journey. In virtual interviews, you identify future employees for our properties across Germany and selected UK roles.
- In close cooperation with our specialist departments and managers from the Sales, Operations and Development/Construction divisions, you will create requirement profiles and develop suitable strategies for filling vacancies. In doing so, you will take on an advisory role for our specialist departments
- You develop, plan and implement recruiting strategies and further develop the operational recruiting measures together with your colleague Elena.
- You use traditional recruiting channels as well as direct approaches via business networks such as Xing and LinkedIn or target group-specific portals.
- You use the organisation of and participation in recruiting events and fairs to build a suitable talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- You will actively participate in recruiting projects (also globally) and take responsibility for your own projects (e.g. setting up a Sirius Group alumni network).
What You Should Bring:
- Since you primarily recruit German roles, it is imperative that you speak very good German (at least C1 level) and are willing to travel to Germany for Recruiting Days within the regions
- Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a specialisation in human resources or a comparable field
- Proven professional experience in the field of recruitment / recruiting / headhunting / direct search – applicants with experience from a recruitment consultancy are welcome
- Dedicated team player with strong communication skills who takes responsibility for setting ambitious goals and meeting challenges with an open mind & strong character, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You are passionate about talent acquisition and have a passion for creative and innovative HR marketing activities
- You are a talented organiser and coordinator who keeps a cool head even in stressful situations
- You have a confident manner and not only enjoy working with people – you inspire them
- You want to make things happen and have a real impact on the success of a company
- Ability to work on time and under pressure without supervision
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, knowledge of the HR software Personio desirable Well-developed understanding of the importance of governance & confidentiality and discretion
