Our business centre in Tyseley, Birmingham offers a range of industrial units, workshops, offices and studios for rent, plus a dedicated self-storage facility. We also provide additional business support, including a meeting room, mailbox service and virtual office service.

It contains over 120 units, which range from 250 - 5,000 square feet (23 - 464 square metres). Our adjacent self-storage facility offers a further 118 units to let.

Our friendly team look after the site from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, although you can access your unit 24 hours a day. Customers benefit from night security patrols, a modern CCTV system, an onsite café and a dedicated loading bay. There is also plenty of free, secure parking around the site, available on a first come, first served basis.

Where is BizSpace Business Park?

Our Tyesley business park is located just off the A45 on the Kings Road in East Birmingham.

  • Rail: We are about 15 minutes from Birmingham city centre, with its excellent nationwide train services from New Street Station. Acocks Green train station is an 8-minute walk away via Sherbourne Road and Stockfield Road, while Bordesley train station is an 8-minute bus journey and a 10-minute walk away (900 or 957)
  • Bus: Local buses stop very close to the centre.
  • Air: Birmingham International Airport and the NEC are a comfortable 20 minutes drive east.

Our workshops start as small as 100 square feet (9.3 square metres) and our largest industrial unit is 11,000 square feet (1,022 square metres). Therefore, we have properties for a wide range of business needs.

The rental price includes service charges, insurance, and licence fees. It doesn’t include business rates, but if you are a small business, you may be exempt from these charges. All of our units have smart meters, so you only pay for the utilities you use.

Self-storage facilities

We provide cheap, secure self-storage units from our Birmingham business centre. Our facility covers three floors, with a dedicated loading bay and lift. The building is fully alarmed, with CCTV and security lighting, so you can be sure that your items are kept safe at all times and you can access your unit 24 hours a day.

The self-storage units vary in size, so we can cater for almost all your storage needs. Our smallest units are 25 square feet (2.3 square metres), which can hold around 50 medium boxes or small items of furniture like a two seater sofa. At 400 square feet (37 square metres), our largest units could store the entire contents of a large six bedroom house.
