Our workshops start as small as 100 square feet (9.3 square metres) and our largest industrial unit is 11,000 square feet (1,022 square metres). Therefore, we have properties for a wide range of business needs.
The rental price includes service charges, insurance, and licence fees. It doesn’t include business rates, but if you are a small business, you may be exempt from these charges. All of our units have smart meters, so you only pay for the utilities you use.
We provide cheap, secure self-storage units from our Birmingham business centre. Our facility covers three floors, with a dedicated loading bay and lift. The building is fully alarmed, with CCTV and security lighting, so you can be sure that your items are kept safe at all times and you can access your unit 24 hours a day.
The self-storage units vary in size, so we can cater for almost all your storage needs. Our smallest units are 25 square feet (2.3 square metres), which can hold around 50 medium boxes or small items of furniture like a two seater sofa. At 400 square feet (37 square metres), our largest units could store the entire contents of a large six bedroom house.
