Aerodrome House is based in Christchurch and is ideal for businesses located in the Dorset area and needing workspace with great transport links.

Our Centre is ideally located in an established industrial estate in Christchurch, very close to Bournemouth.

Aerodrome House is an air conditioned two floor property across two buildings with office suites, studios and workshops in Dorset. It comprises of 27,800 sq. ft. of flexible workspace and is ideal for SMEs and entrepreneurs working in the area.

The Centre was built in the 1980s and provides modern open plan accommodation. The ground floor is configured to provide workshop and lab space, whereas offices and studios can be found in both the ground and the first floor of our Centre. The workshops have their own external access, while the offices are all accessed and share communal facilities.

An average office size is generally ranging between 100 - 500 sq. ft. and is provided with air-conditioning. Workshops normally range between 350 and 1,400 sq. ft. In total we offer 135 free parking spaces in our Business Centre, while our flexible license agreements are inclusive of insurance, telecoms, external repairs, maintenance, gas heating and water utility costs!

Our workshops are also designed so that they can easily be converted into office space.

Where is Aerodrome House?

Aerodrome House has easy access into Christchurch town centre (only 1.6 miles). It's 1.9 miles away from the Christchurch Central train station, and 5.4 miles from Bournemouth International Airport, which has direct flights to destinations across Western Europe and the Mediterranean. 

Amenities very close to our Centre include supermarkets, retail warehouse and fast food outlets. Christchurch is situated to the west of the New Forest, 23 miles west of Southampton, and 6 miles east of the Bournemouth and Poole conurbation.



The units themselves are spread over the ground floor of one of the two buildings and range from 350 - 1,400 square feet (33 - 130 square metres). There is individual access for each ach unit.

Our units to let are available under our flexible licence agreements, which means you can sign up and move in quickly and easily. They also allow you to easily rent more than one unit, helping you to stay in the same place if your business grows and needs more workspace.
