View larger mapWe’re based in Dallington, just 1.5 miles from Northampton town centre and have good road and public transport links. Junction 16 of the M1 motorway is less than 5 miles away and we are just 1.5 miles from Northampton rail station and town centre.
There is also a good local bus service to the town centre, Kings Heath and other surrounding areas.
By car: We are a 15-minute drive from the M1.
By train: The nearest train station to Northampton K2 House is Northampton – a 5 minutes drive away.
By bus: The nearest bus stop is “Portakabin Factory” a short 4-minute walk away.

We have a dedicated office building with several bright and airy office spaces to choose from. There are small offices between 50 and 120 square feet in size, suitable for one to three people, or medium-sized offices between 120 and 240 square feet, ideal for teams of three to six people. Our offices come on a managed basis. A managed office means your space comes unfurnished – allowing you to customise the space to meet your needs. As part of your price, you’ll also get access to the business centre’s facilities, like the communal kitchen, on-site parking, the onsite maintenance team and more. Rental agreements start from a flexible licence on a 12-month rolling basis.
