We are located less than two miles south of the city centre, nestled within Beeston, Holbeck and Hunslet. We’re ideally located out of the city but close enough to be part of the action still. That means you’ll benefit from a city centre location with affordability and convenience. The local area offers plenty, with out-of-town shopping, supermarkets, eateries, and leisure facilities such as gyms close by. Access to and from the city is excellent, with main roads and public transportation nearby.

By car:  We are located within one hundred yards of Junction 5 of the M621, giving excellent access to Leeds, Wakefield and all the surrounding areas, and there is secure parking on site for both customers and visitors. 

By rail: Leeds rail station is just over a mile away, taking half an hour on foot and 15 minutes by cycle or bus. Driving can take anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Cottingley train station is two miles away. From here, it takes around 10 – 15 minutes by car, around half an hour by bus, or 20 minutes to cycle.  

By bus:  The nearest bus stop is located on Tunstall Road. From here, it’s a two-minute walk. Tunstall Road is served by buses 86, 87, BY1 and R1. There’s another bus stop on Dewsbury Road (Burton Road stop), five minutes away. This stop is served by buses 2, 3, 3A, 86, 87, 116, 200, 201, 202, 204, 203 and R1.  

By air: Leeds Bradford is the closest airport. From here, it typically takes 30 to 45 minutes to reach us via the A660. If you’re taking public transport, the A1 Flyer to Leeds city centre is frequent, taking around half an hour.

Meeting rooms in Leeds

We have three meeting rooms to hire, ideal for all teams. Our meeting rooms are suitable for one-off meetings or something more frequent, are available for members and non-members, and can be booked by the hour, half-day or full-day. All rooms have complimentary Wi-Fi, an interactive TV, and unlimited refreshments. The Millennium room also comes with a projector.
