BizSpace Nottingham Roden is located just to the east of the city centre. Being less than a mile from the city’s thriving commercial district means having shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, gyms, cultural attractions, and hotels on your doorstep – perfect for entertaining staff, guests, and clients. Close by, less than a five-minute walk, you’ll find the picturesque King Edward Park to the east and Victoria Park to the west – ideal for a lunchtime walk or run.

By car: Nottingham can be reached by the M1, linking you to the north and south of England. From the south, take junction 24 off the M1 onto the A453 Remembrance Way into the city. From here, it’s just under 12 miles, taking roughly 25 minutes. From the north, take junction 26, onto the A610 Nuthall road into the city. From here, it’s approximately six miles towards the A60 and A52, taking twenty minutes, depending on traffic.  

By rail: Nottingham railway station is less than a mile away from Roden House Business Centre, taking under 20 minutes to walk to and approximately five minutes to drive or cycle to. There are two trains every hour to and from London, taking just under two hours. There are two trains every hour to Manchester, also taking just under two hours.   

By bus: The nearest bus stop is Roden Street (stop GR10), served by the number 39 bus. From here, it’s a stone’s throw to the office, taking approximately two to three minutes to walk. The number 39 bus runs every 10 minutes, taking around 5 minutes to reach the city centre.  

By air: The closest airport to Nottingham is East Midlands Airport (EMA), serving major European and UK destinations. It is just under 12 miles from BizSpace Nottingham Roden, which can be reached in around half an hour by car, depending on traffic. The Skylink is a quick and easy bus connecting the city with East Midlands airport. They run every twenty minutes, 24/7, and can take anywhere from half an hour to an hour, depending on which Skylink service you get.
