How to find the Preston Technology Centre?

We are conveniently located half a mile west of Preston town centre, on Marsh Lane, close to West Strand Business Park. We’re a five-minute drive from the town centre or a 15-minute walk, meaning you get the benefits of being close to town without the hustle and bustle of a town centre. Plus, there are all the amenities you could want on your doorstep, such as a gymnasium, supermarket, and nursery. Close by is the Marina – a five-minute drive or 15-minute walk – with various eateries and restaurants, making it an excellent location for lunchtime walks along the adjacent river Ribble.
By car: We’re just off junction 31 of the M6, a 15-minute drive along the A59 towards Preston town centre. Turn off the A59 onto Harrington Rd, take a right onto Strand Rd and then right again onto Marsh Lane.
By rail: Preston train station is less than a mile away. You can reach our business centre in 15 minutes on foot or five minutes by car. Trains to and from Manchester are regular – every 15 minutes – whilst direct trains to and from London are every 30 minutes and can take roughly two and a half hours.
By bus: The nearest bus stops can be found on Harrington Road and Slade Street. The number 100 and 74 buses stop at Harrington Road – from here, it’s a roughly seven-minute walk. The number 43 bus stops at Slade Street – from here, it’s approximately a five-minute walk.
By air: Manchester International is the closest airport, which can be reached in under an hour by car or train.
