Concorde House in Stockton-on-Tees is a modern business centre providing offices to rent, plus some workshops and storage space.
Our property is split over several buildings, with individual business units range from 173 - 4,420 square feet (16 - 410 square metres). We have a large, free car park, with allocated visitor spaces, plus a breakout area, service lift and unloading areas.
If you are looking for space in the short term, our single page licence agreements offer you complete flexibility. However, we also offer good rates for longer term leases.
Where are we?
We are located on the busy commercial road of Concorde Way, which has excellent links to Middlesbrough and other local areas. The nearest stations are Eaglescliffe, which is 1.2 miles away and Thornaby, 1.6 miles away. Local bus services operate between the business centre and town centre, Middlesbrough and adjoining Teesside towns.
We provide 33 offices at Concorde House. Located within the main two storey building towards the rear of the site, the majority of these units are suited to small businesses with between two and four members of staff. Our largest suite can comfortably accommodate six people.
We also have six newly converted offices, based in a separate building, which benefit from their own communal toilets and kitchen area
We offer a small number of workshops /storage units at Stockton, which are situated by the business centre entrance. These units range from 1,850 – 4420 square feet (172- 410 square metres) and are self-contained, enabling 24-hour access. Each unit has roller shutter doors and separate electricity meters.
