We’re nestled between the city centre and Roker beach – about one mile northeast of Sunderland city centre, on the north bank of the River Wear. We’re in an excellent location near the National Glass Works Centre and Sunderland University. Nearby you’ll find plenty of amenities and facilities, and the city centre with its numerous shops, eateries and leisure facilities is only a five-minute drive away.

Coming to visit us? We’re easy to find:

By car: We’re just off the A183, which runs east of the city along Roker beach up to South Shields. We’re about eight miles from junction 1 of the A194(M), taking roughly 10-15 minutes to reach by car via the Sunderland Highway A1231. The A19 is also a 20-minute’s drive away.

By rail or metro: The nearest metro stop is St. Peters, less than a mile away. From here, it takes around 10-15 minutes to walk or five minutes to cycle. The metro from St. Peter’s to the city only takes two minutes. Sunderland central train station is a mile away, taking 20 minutes to reach on foot.

By bus: There are two bus stops directly outside our offices. St. Peters Way is served by the 701 and 702 Sunderland Connect, and the 702 Sunderland Connect also serves the National Glass Centre on Liberty Way. Buses from the city centre are frequent, taking around five minutes.

By air: Newcastle Airport is the closest, around 18 miles away. From here, it takes about half an hour to drive via the A1. Public transport takes a little longer, with the Metro providing a direct line to St. Peters in under an hour.

The price you pay includes your rent, plus access to the business centre’s shared amenities. Our managed offices are available on a 12-month rolling licence agreement or a multi-year lease.
