We are roughly three miles north of Warrington town centre, located within an Industrial estate in Winwick Quay, just south of Winwick village. We’re ideally situated for excellent transportation along the M62 and the M6, serving the UK in all directions. Nearby, you’ll find a host of amenities like out-of-town shopping, eateries, supermarkets and more. And the nearby town of Warrington is only a short drive away.

By car: We’re nestled close to both the M62 and M6. We’re just off junction 9 of the M62, taking a few minutes to reach us by car. The M6 is around three miles away, taking around 5 minutes to reach us from junction 21A (Via the M62) or junction 22 (Via A49 Winwick Link Road). Depending on the traffic, Warrington town centre can be reached in about ten minutes via Winwick Road A49.

Depending on the traffic, Warrington town centre can be reached in about ten minutes via Winwick Road A49.

By train: Warrington Central train station is a few miles south. From here, it’s a short drive along Winwick Road A49, taking around ten minutes. To walk takes about 45 minutes or a 15-minute cycle. Buses are frequent – every 10 minutes – from the town centre, taking roughly ten minutes.

By bus: Buses 19, 22, 329, and 360 are frequent – every 10 minutes – from the town centre and take only around 10 minutes, stopping at Mill Lane. From here, it’s roughly a ten-minute walk. Mill Lane bus stop, located on Winwick Road A49, is the closest to the business centre and serves several other routes, including buses 22A, 49, C49, P6 and WVR3.

By air: Liverpool John Lennon Airport is the closest, around 14 miles away. From here, it takes about 25 minutes by car via the M62. Public transport via Liverpool central takes an hour to an hour and a half. Manchester airport is around 18 miles away, taking about 20 – 25 minutes to reach by car via the M6 and M56. Public transport via Manchester central can take between one and a half and two hours.
