We’re located in Southwest London, in the borough of Merton. The All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club, home to tennis’ annual Wimbledon Championship, is approximately three miles northeast. We’re ideally located with excellent access to the city, around eight miles away, and the M25, with its superb access to the rest of the UK, about ten miles away. Morden is our closest town, less than a mile south, where you’ll find a variety of shops, eateries, banks, and plenty of supermarkets nearby. Wimbledon is just over a mile away, offering more comprehensive shopping, leisure facilities and hotels, ideal for entertaining staff and guests.

By car: We’re located just off the A24, the main road from the A3 south through London towards the M25. From junction nine of the M25, take the A24 through Epsom towards Morden, taking roughly half an hour, depending on traffic. Being in Southwest London means excellent road links, including the A3, A24, A23 and A214.  

By Tube and Tram: South Wimbledon tube station – on the Northern line – is half a mile away, taking roughly ten minutes on foot or under a five-minute cycle. There are regular buses to and from the tube stop as well. Alternatively, Morden Road tram stop is a short three-minute walk on the opposite side of the A24 Morden Road. From Modern Road tram stop, you can reach Wimbledon station for national rail and underground services in just over five minutes. 

By rail: Reaching us by train? The nearest train station is South Merton, just over a mile away. From here, it’s a five-minute drive, a 20-minute walk or a ten-minute cycle. South Merton train station is on the Sutton Loop line, connecting Sutton with Streatham, and is served by the Thameslink rail operator. Travelling from the city? You’ll find connecting trains at Wimbledon station.  

By bus: The nearest bus stop is Morden Road Tram Stop, served by buses 93 and 470, which run every six minutes. From here, it’s a two-minute walk to BizSpace Wimbledon. From the south, travel up the A24 toward Putney Bridge or Morden, and exist at and Stop SL. Heading south, down the A24 towards Epsom, exit at stop SK.  

By air: London City Airport is around 16 miles away, easily reachable in about an hour via the London Underground or National Rail. Driving will take a little longer due to city-centre traffic. Gatwick is around 20 miles away, taking about 45 minutes by car or around an hour by national rail and London Tram.
