Q. What does Bizspace do?
A. We are a national provider of managed workspace, offering flexible property licensing or leasing solutions to small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and the corporate market.
Q. What sort of properties do you have to rent?
A. We have over 100 sites throughout England and Scotland, all of which offer a wide range of services, so no matter where you are based, we are likely to have a site that suits your business needs. Plus with a wide range of properties, we offer everything from a conventional office, warehouse, or storage unit to a simple mailbox.

Q. What is the difference between a licence and a lease?
A. The difference between a licence and a lease can become blurred. The key practical differences are that licences cover a relatively short period of time - up to two years and leases usually run for many years, often up to 25. A lease gives you the right to exclusive possession. A license gives you only the right to use the property.
Q. Is there a minimum rental period?
A. At Bizspace, we recognise the importance of simplicity and flexibility. We offer 12 month licences but also shorter rental periods - from as little as a day, a week or a month.
Q. What is included in the price?
A. The following are usually included within the rental price, but please check with your centre manager and read your licence carefully:
- service charges
- fire protection system maintenance for communal areas (where applicable)
- cleaning of communal areas
- light refuse disposal
- general maintenance of communal areas
Other facilities, including business rates and utility charges will vary from one location to another.
Q. Are there any additional charges?
A. Our meeting rooms, telephony and IT, secretarial and additional business services are all charged and invoiced to you on a per usage basis.
Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?
A. This is normally 2 months' worth of rent, payable in advance.
Q. Can I move to a bigger office if I need to?
A. At Bizspace, we encourage you to take the space that you need today. If you find you need more space to expand or just for short term needs, we'll be happy to help as long as we have the space available.
Q. We often have to work outside office hours and at weekends - can we still get in?
A. Yes - Most of our sites offer 24 hours access, 7 days a week.
