Our unique central hall, The Atrium, offers tenants a large, social space. The bright, tall room is a great informal meeting space and has also served as an exhibition space for up to 200.
The Design Works Cafe, All Day Dine, provides an informal environment away from the your office, catering for a range of needs. They also provide delivery via pre-order or phone and can provide catering when you require something for longer meetings with staff and clients.
On site we provide low cost office support facilities, so you take care of those basic office needs that smaller companies may not have the time or equipment for. These include typing/secretarial services,
postage services (we are a Royal Mail collection point), document binding, laminating, photocopying, fax and stationary supplies.
We offer a range of conference and meeting rooms for rent. These can be hired on a daily, half-daily basis, or by the hour. Our rooms set a professional standard for presentations, formal meetings or training sessions and are perfect for small businesses operating within Gateshead.
Our boardrooms seat 20 people in a conference style or 15 around a table and come fully equipped with screen, OHP, TV, video and flip chart.
