About Bizspace

We provide flexible, affordable space to businesses of all sizes and types. Yes but doesn’t everyone in the commercial property world say something like that? I’m glad you asked. Here’s some of the things we feel make us a bit different:

We don’t tie you into long leases and we always aim to tailor our services to suit your needs. Most customers sign up using our one-page licence agreements, which allow you to specify how long you want the space for — from one day to a year. You can read more about BizSpace flexibility here.

A bit about us

Bizspace has been providing workspaces for more than 15 years, growing from one site in 2000 to our current nationwide location portfolio. We have stacks of experience in supporting customers and finding the right space for each one. We also understand the challenges involved when growing a business. We have over 180 staff and aim to have the best team in the industry — attracting and retaining talented people with a common commitment to providing excellent customer service.

A bit about our locations and services

We have over 100 sites throughout England and Scotland: a mixture of business centres, industrial estates and business parks. Most locations benefit from:

  • A dedicated centre manager and team of staff
  • A reception area open 9am – 5pm
  • Extended or 24-hour access
  • Security and CCTV
  • Free, secure parking
