We focus on corporate real estate (offices, warehouses, light industrial and business parks) in the UK.
Properties in need of development or modernization (maintenance backlog, contaminated sites or monument protection) are particularly interesting to us; properties with significant vacancies (up to 100%) as well as partially rented properties with shorter or longer remaining terms are also possible.

BizSpace operates as an asset manager and project developer in the commercial real estate sector. The revitalization of real estate and location improvement are our goals: Our renovation and modernization measures create lively business parks with a balanced mix of commercial space on former industrial areas. New construction and conversions are also possible with secured rental.
In addition to pure space rental, we offer our tenants various services. Both the design of the commercial space and our service are tailored precisely to the individual needs of the tenants, from freelancers to start-ups and SMEs to established companies and corporations.
