Lombard Business Park in Wimbledon is ideal for south London businesses needing workspace with excellent transport links. The centre provides a mixture of light industrial units, workshops and offices for rent. It also offers a mailbox and virtual office service, plus two modern meeting rooms. 

The business centre extends over two acres and offers 92 units for rent, which range in size from 100 - 5,000 square feet (9 – 464 square metres). Our dedicated on-site team provides a reception service 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and a fully serviced office environment, with faxing, photocopying and franking services available. There is a large car park to the rear of the main building, secured by barriers and customers benefit from 24-hour access to their unit, CCTV and breakout areas.

Where is Lombard Business Park?

We are well located in South London, offering easy access to central London and the surrounding areas.

  • Road: we are located just off the A24 Morden Road, about 25 minutes from the M25.
  • Tube: South Wimbledon tube station (Northern line) is a ten-minute walk away. Wimbledon tube and rail stations are easy to get to by bus or tram.
  • Tram: Morden Road tram stop is on the opposite side of the road, connecting us to Wimbledon (three stops away) and Croydon town centres.
  • Buses: bus numbers 93 and 470 stop close by on the main road.

Several banking facilities are available in Morden town centre, South Wimbledon and Wimbledon town centre itself, including Nationwide, NatWest, HSBC and Barclays.

There are several supermarkets nearby and both Wimbledon town centre and the Tandem centre retail park are easy to get to if you want more comprehensive shopping options and restaurants.

Based towards the back of the complex, our industrial units have been refurbished in recent years to provide high quality space, which is still economical given our premium SW19 postcode.

We offer a mixture of workshops for rent - some have double door access and others have shutter doors, but all have good vehicle access to help you load and unload deliveries. 


We offer mailbox services for businesses simply needing a physical address for their company. You can tailor this service to suit your needs with add-on services such as phone call answering. Prices start from £40 + VAT per month.
