Our story

BizSpace’s management team has over 200 years of B2B and property sector experience, particularly in running asset-backed and/or flexible workspace businesses, and has successfully built a platform to deliver further growth in this fast-growing market segment.

We aim to support small and growing businesses with a workspace to belong to and a work environment to thrive.

How we do it

Providing workspaces in convenient locations with simple, affordable, and flexible terms means a clever business model focused on value. We specialise in acquiring and owning properties, which we then develop and reposition, allowing us to operate a portfolio of flexible regional office spaces.

Aquire

We use our expertise to analyse regional markets to seek out underutilised, multi-tenanted, mixed-use properties. We then consider the local infrastructure and the potential of developing the space into a high performing working space for future clients.

Reposition

We convert properties into improved, more efficient, higher-yielding, flexible workspaces. These BizSpaces feature exciting designs, lasting IT infrastructure, and thanks to ownership over the freehold, it enables us to swiftly modify them to meet customer needs.

Operate

Our properties are managed by teams of experts specialising in property maintenance, facilities management, and business support. Our Centre Managers are the go-to for our clients, offering invaluable support and expertise during their tenancy with BizSpaces.
