Basingstoke set to benefit from ‘destination’ business hub

Belvedere House, an office complex in Basingstoke is set to be transformed into a ‘destination’ business hub, including a co-working space.

The site on Basing View, Basingstoke, has been purchased by flexible business space provider BizSpace – who are known as ‘the place that small businesses call home.”  Belvedere House is already home to a number of businesses and it has won design awards for its architectural style, particularly for the combination of offices with roof gardens and courtyards.

The centre will feature 20,000 sq ft of  co-working space designed by Desk Lodge, the quirky, bright and colourful space will include office space and meeting rooms to allow home workers, small and microbusinesses the opportunity to access flexible and affordable business space as they grow and develop, as well as being able to network with other like-minded business’s. The spaces can be hired by the day or by the hour, making management of expenditure simple.

Flexible offices will be situated throughout the building together with conventional office space, including numerous sizeable offices to accommodate larger businesses.

Commercial Director at BizSpace, Emma Long, said the aim was for Belvedere House to become a destination hub for business and will help showcase Basing View as the place to be in Basingstoke.
