BizSpace webinar | The Future of Business: COVID-Safe Working

The first session of The Future of Business webinar series, brought to you by BizSpace

We recently hosted the first session of our new webinar series, exploring the future of business in an emerging post-COVID world. In each episode, we bring together a selection of experts to provide insight and guidance on the key issues concerning business owners and leaders during these changing and uncertain times – along with all-important practical advice.

As the country gradually re-opens for business, this flagship session was designed answer the questions of small business owners on what constitutes a ‘safe’ workplace and how to implement the current Government guidelines effectively, including:

  • How does social distancing work in an office versus a workshop?
  • Where does the responsibility lie in maintaining a safe workspace?
  • What are the legal facts if employees don’t want to come back?
  • How do you maintain a positive working culture in this new, distanced environment?

We gathered leading experts from across the fields of operations, HR, workplace management and law to help make sense of the new working world.

Why we launched this series

BizSpace is the UK’s largest provider of flexible workspace with over 100 locations across the country. For almost 20 years we have been offering office, studio and workshop units to a wide range of businesses in convenient locations up and down the UK. We believe in making workspace simple, affordable, flexible, and most importantly, safe.

As a part of our wider response to COVID-19, we knew we needed to help our customers and other small businesses address their concerns and get the expert advice that they might not normally have access to. We hope our curated webinars will help SMEs tackle the business world post-pandemic, and this webinar in particular will help arm them with safeguarding best practices in their workspaces.
