Business Centre Manager

We are looking for a full-time business centre manager to oversee two of our sites in Manchester – Astra Business Park and the Empress Business centre. The post holder will be responsible for:

• The day-to-day running of the sites
• Maximising sales and income
• Proactive marketing
• Creating and maintaining a vibrant workplace environment for our customers
• Ensuring agreed key performance objectives are being met
• Completing all renewals and arrears within allocated timescales
• Managing the site’s profit & loss account
• Managing administrative staff
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed

We are looking for someone with a strong sales background and customer service experience.
