Half price offers at new Team Valley Business Centre

We have taken on the management of a further North East business centre and to celebrate are offering new customers half price rent.

We are pleased to announce we are now managing Team Valley Business Centre, at Gateshead’s Team Valley Trading Estate. And to mark the occasion, new customers will receive 50% off office space as well as discounted meeting room hire for the first two months. Half-price workshop rental is also available for the first month.

The discounts are part of a number of offers we have available at the moment to help businesses save money and keep costs to a minimum.

Team Valley open day

The centre is in a highly-convenient location with good motorway links and a large car park, free for all customers. It includes a range of office suites with reception facilities, workshops and external units with roller shutter access that can be used for storage or industrial purposes. It also offers meeting and training rooms, which can be hired as and when needed.
