Maintenance Operative – Rochdale Greater Manchester
We’re looking for someone who can carry out general maintenance and be responsible for the upkeep of our site in Rochdale.
You need these skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Flexible approach
- PC Literate
- Basic painting and decorating skills
- Basic plumbing skills (desirable)
- Understating of electrical works (desirable)
- Good customer service skills
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative
The salary is dependent on experience and you will also need a full, clean driving license.
