Job Scope:

This is key career development opportunity would suit a confident Marketing Assistant/ Executive interested in a step up in responsibility. You’ll work with colleagues across the entire marketing mix, with a focus on customer engagement and retention. You’ll also take briefs from other departments on ad-hoc projects and assist the Head of Marketing on national projects.  
You’ll need to have a strong eye for detail and be comfortable managing several projects at once. Briefing in projects as part of a strong team, delivering creative digital marketing, email marketing and print marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the company’s brand and promotional merchandising products to businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Head of Department to coordinate and implement brand / programme marketing plans
• Work with other departments on specific marketing campaigns, interpreting briefs and working with marketing team specialists to implement them – such as the Digital Marketing Manager, PR Officer and Designer
• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
• Provide detailed on-going analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
  Co-ordinate monthly department reports
• Assisting in the production of on-going competitor analysis and reporting, with reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
• Writing and collating copy for marketing collateral, including; brochures, flyers, letters etc
• Maintain our online Asset Management Platform, ensuring all collateral is up to date and appropriate
• Coordinate and order promotional merchandise and print collateral
• Supporting the Field Marketing Manager and Head of Department in day-to-day marketing activities
• Making sure all budgetary spend, supplier agreements and payments are processed within company guidelines and ensure legal & regulatory compliance of all marketing initiatives / creative work are met
