Samantha is our new Head of People and Culture

We’d like to say a huge welcome to one of our newest members of the BizSpace team, Samantha Hill.

Samantha is an experienced human resources professional and joins us as our brand new Head of People and Culture.

Strategic start

Responsible for designing, leading and implementing people strategy within BizSpace, which has more than 200 employees across our 100+ sites throughout the country, her initial focus will be on the creation of the strategy, as well as implementing a new HR system, and reviewing all current training areas in line with our new brand.

Samantha has 10 years’ professional experience in HR, having previously worked as HR director and HR manager for a major international events and exhibitions firm, as well as working as HR business partner for the Football Association.
