The historic Essex market town of Waltham Abbey hosts our excellent M25 Business Centre. As the name suggests, we can be found just north of the M25, between junctions 25 and 26, boarding Essex, Hertfordshire, and London. Our offices are located Southwest of the town in the business and trading area. The town centre is just a ten-minute walk, with many restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets.

Coming to visit us? We’re easy to find:

By car: We’re less than a mile from junction 26 of the M24, taking around five minutes. From junction 25, it takes about ten minutes via the A10 and through Waltham Cross. We’re about ten minutes from the M11 interchange and 30 minutes from the A1(M) interchange.

By train: Trains to and from the centre of London can be reached via Waltham Cross, which, from the business centre, is around ten minutes via car or 30 minutes on foot. Trains to and from London are every 15 minutes and take roughly 30 minutes. London Overground – Theobalds Grove station is a ten-minute drive from the office.

By bus: The closest bus stop is on Quaker Lane (bus stop A). From here, it’s roughly a ten-minute walk. Quaker Lane bus stop is served by 14, 66, 86, and 251 services, taking around ten minutes from Waltham Cross town centre. Buses run every 15 minutes.

By air: London Stansted Airport can be reached in approximately 30 minutes via the M11. Public transport will involve a stop at Harlow. You can take the Stanstead Express to and from the Airport in roughly 20 minutes. London Luton airport is approximately 45 minutes away via the M1.
