They will be more than happy to help. They can also arrange for you to visit the site and view the units so you can get a better sense of what our office rental spaces have to offer.

Licenses are a great way to access a property for a short period of time – up to two years. Our one-page licenses make it easy to get started and no lengthy commitment is needed. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a longer-term solution, you can opt for a lease that provides exclusive rights to the property for up to 25 years. Whichever option you choose, we’ve got it covered.

At many of our sites, broadband internet is included in the rental fee, but this isn’t the case for all of them. To make sure the centre you’re interested in offers internet as part of the package, you can get in touch with the centre manager. If you’d like more details about the internet services offered at a particular location, our website has all the info you need.

Depending on whether you have opted for self-contained or serviced studio space to rent, your rent will differ. As standard it will include building insurance and user charges. It may also include business rates, depending on the location and size of the studio space you will be renting. This is dependent on the local council, so please check with your centre manager.

You’re welcome to make your office or studio your own and give it your own personal touch. Whether that’s livening up the walls with a splash of colour, or creating a more private space with partition walls – we encourage you to get creative and make it your own. Just make sure that when you leave, you leave the space in the same condition (or better!) as when you arrived.

Where we offer serviced studio space, we can let these to you inclusive of furniture, broadband and telecoms, so you only need to think about one bill that covers everything. Meaning you can move in and start working straight away.

Where we have self-contained office studios for rent, we don’t generally provide furniture. This is because we understand businesses often prefer to use or buy their own to fit their specific aesthetic and requirements. However, if you need it, we’re very happy to provide furnishings, for an extra fee.

Serviced studio spaces are available for flexible, short-term rental on a renewable basis, with all-inclusive monthly bills, Wi-Fi, reception staff, and cleaning services. These spaces come furnished and supplied, with an operator in place to manage the property.

Prices can vary depending on location, type of studio space, and size of studio space. Our prices are incredibly competitive, and because a lot of our locations are outside city centres, our rates tend to be more affordable.
