Recruitment firm enjoys jobs boost

We’re delighted that one of our newest Preston customers has enjoyed such success that they have already taken on a second office with us.

Recruitment specialists Morgan Turner moved into our Preston Technology Centre in January and have achieved such rapid business growth that they have extended their base to two serviced offices. 

New service provision

Director, Nikki Munday, says the expansion is down to the introduction of a dedicated legal division, as well as a general boost to the jobs market.

“Originally we focused on the finance, sales and admin sectors, but we have recently added a new legal focus, which has seen our team in the North West grow from 15 to 28 staff,” she says.

We have got a strong existing client base, and, as business confidence in the economy grows, so does our number of customers.

Morgan Turner’s new office space is just next door to its current premises and is due to open on Thursday 1 May.

Important business facilities

The firm chose to move to our Preston Technology Centre because of its facilities, location and excellent value. Nikki said,

“Our business has very flexible working requirements and we may need to be in the office during evenings, for example to interview candidates, or at weekends,” says Nikki.

For this reason, the 24-hour access to the business centre was extremely important. We also liked the fact that everything is included within a single cost.

Morgan Turner was established in 2007 and has offices in four locations throughout the North West, as well as handling national contracts.  It provides recruitment for both temporary and permanent positions, ranging from junior clerical through to board-level roles.
