Our flexible office spaces are in the historic market town of Dorking in the heart of the Surrey Hills. BizSpace Dorking is in The Atrium, west of the town, in the heart of the business and trading area, close to Pipp Brook. With its numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, the town centre is just a ten-minute walk or a two-minute drive.

By car: We’re just off junction 9 of the M25, approximately five miles down the A24. From here, it’s roughly a 15-minute drive. The centre of London is only twenty-five miles away, taking roughly an hour to reach by car (depending on traffic).  

By bus: The nearest bus stops are Glebe Road, located on the A25. From here, it’s a ten-minute walk to the offices. Glebe Road is served by buses 22 and 32. West Street (Stop Q) is also roughly a ten-minute walk, also located on the A25, and is served by a larger number of buses to and from Horsham, Guildford, and Redhill.  

By train: The central Dorking train station is a twenty-minute walk or a five-minute drive. Trains to London are frequent, serving all major train stations, taking just under an hour. While not on the mainline, Dorking West Train station is closer, a ten-minute walk or a two-minute drive. Trains to London are less frequent, roughly one an hour, taking around an hour.  

By air: The nearest airport is Gatwick International, which can be reached in under half an hour by car or train.
